| In early 2000 Lotta came to Dahab for the first time and immediatly fell in love with the place. In 4 years she came back 10 times, and during one of those trips she discovered her passion for freediving.
In December 2003, she moved to Dahab with her family, and as a natural next step she started Freedive Dahab, to be able to share her two passions with others. The concept of Freedive Dahab is to be ablel to offer all the services that a freediver might need in Dahab.
Lotta, who is a qualified AIDA Master Instructor, offers courses at Freedive Dahab.

For those of you who already have freediving experience (at any level) you have the unique opportunity of training in an idyllic environment. There is a great degree of flexibility to work around what you want to achieve in your time here, with training sessions from one dive, to a weeks program or more. One of our key attractions is the fantastic dive locations that were almost made just for freediving. The most famous of which has got to be the Blue Hole. This site is just a 20m swim from shore and offers over 90m in depth, enough for even the most experienced freediver. It also has the added benefit of being protected from the elements, and does not suffer from underwater currents.
